Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

Shipping:

Typical timeline for shipping is within 5 to 7 days from time of payment received by us. We will confirm when your payment upon receipt and confirm the anticipated shipping date. All bike shipments are sent by LTL Truck shipment and are too big for UPS or FedX. Therefore shipments are sent by truck carrier from our Las Vegas warehouse. We can estimate delivery date window depending on your location.

Returns:

• All sales are final except for special consideration cases. If a return is authorized, see next steps.
• Returns only accepted - if box is unopened and must be received by us (our warehouse) within (7 days) of shipment delivery to you. 
• All returns will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee and subsequent refunds will be completed within 30 days of return.
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product ordered)? 
• Any damaged items (during shipping) upon receipt must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Contact us to determine course of action.
• Process for return (requires a Return Authorization - please email us for this request )

Warranty:

If there is a malfunction or issue with your ebike, please contact us with the details of the issue. We will assist in troubleshooting and determine a game plan. The following is our factory warranty policy by category:

1. Mid-drive motors/Hub motors: Warranty date:12+3 months,according to the product delivered or production date on the product.
2. Other electric components: Warranty date:12+3 months,according to the product delivered or production date on the product (controller, brake sensor, PAS sensor, display). The Mechanic Parts offer 30 days warranty after use, Dealers need to offer spare parts/Repair for customer after 30 days.
3. Battery: Warranty date: 24+3 months.
4. Bike frame: 5 years base on frame production date.
5. All warranty services exclude commercial use like sharing e-bikes, rental e-bike, e-bike competition, and e-bike conversion.
